Cheaper to buy + Quicker to make + Less mess to clear up + Tastes the exact same in my opinion + Cant be arsed = Why i buy pancake mix.

Do you buy your bread from a shop? Why when its so simple to make your own?

Pancake mix was 88p. Flour - 50p, Eggs - £1.80 for 6. Im not that bothered whether its full of crap or not, its a once a year thing for me.

Sliced banana & golden syrup, that or maple syrup if we have any knocking about.

Thin pancakes (crepes) are the way forward, especially on Shrove Tuesday. You can't roll/fold a fat pancake properly. I like a fat pancake now and again, don't get me wrong, usually for breakfast though.

I will be giving up the booze as my celebration of willpower and healthy abstinance. Roll on easter!
