I've been a member of a gym for nearly a year which costs £30 per Month. I'm not getting there as much as I'd like to, mainly due to being tired after work. Initially it was great as the gym is only 3 miles from where I work however now I'd like to go home, have dinner and hit the gym around 7:30pm. This would mean a 25 mile round trip as I'd be driving from home.
I tend to only use weights at the gym so have been thinking about investing in some equipment I can use in the garage, then getting my cardio from running, cycling and some swimming.
Has anyone done the switch? If so how did you find it?
