When life throws you lemons

I'm on my 3rd one now.
Sent 1st one back got a 1 months free Live Card

Sent 2nd one back got 1 months free Live + new basic faceplate (although I belive that was a mistake on M$ behalf)

Sent 3rd on back, they replaced it with a brand new console, manufactured in Oct 2008 (3 months before I sent my 3rd one in + 1 months free Live Card)

Hoping this one is one of those smaller die CPU's so sholud run cooler.

I got a free faceplate with my first one. The faceplate I sent with it was damaged already though.

I guess MS will replace a damaged one anyway. That way they get no quibble over wether it was already broken, broken in the post or they broke it.
 
i thought mine had gone again last nite, playing force unleashed all the walls and floors disapeared and i could only see my guy running around stuck on walls and boxes etc.

luckily(i guess) it was just my save file corrupting

They sent me a Dec08 build and it still broke, granted not the 3 reds but it broke all the same.
