Anyway, Enterprise will rent you car with less than 12 months driving experience, but you have to be over 23 and it's cheaper if you are over 25.

Confirmed, as I had one from them at the weekend.

I was looking at hiring this weekend, because I turned 23 yesterday... but I can only get the tiny cars which won't be good enough for my needs
