There was a great recipe on another forum I use last year but can't find it now.

You melted 50g of butter and added it into the mix.

They were lovely.

The ultra lazy and simple way is Betty Crocker's Pancake Mix in a bottle. Just add water and shake the hell out of it. Then grab a frying pan. Top with whatever floats yer boat like sugar, jam, peanut butter (my sons idea) and jobs a good un

LMAO, there was a film out years ago and somebody got a huge cream cake and flipped it over saying "YEY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE!"

I got visions of cream cake in a frying pan lmao

Easiest way is to buy a packet from tesco, does pancakes or yorkshires, it's something like 8p. Just add egg, bit of water and whisk. For 8p. it's seriously not worth making it yourself.

Plain Flour + Eggs + Milk - Put them in a bowl, mix till they are runny.
Frying pan + heat + oil - Pour some mixture in, when it bubbles flip it over.

Pancakes are easy, you can add pretty much anything to them as well.

i know there are a few recipes on here now but the simplest one i know is 1 cup of flour + 1 cup of milk + 1 egg, i just use a coffee mug no scales needed

mix together
heat pan add batter wait till bubbles appear in top of batter then turn over cook for a little longer till you can lift the pancake and BAM! right in the kisser.

for American style pancakes use self raising flour for the UK kind use plain.
