What's the world coming to when people can't even make pancakes? They are one of the easiest things in the world to make.

Well thats another pancake day done n dusted. The kids are happy, my son decided having chocolate spread with peanut butter would be nice. Infact it tasted ok lol.

I took a picture of one but my stupid camera phone done it too small.

Would be better with blueberry muffins IMO.

I like to make a batch of 5 or 6 and scoff the lot. The trick is to keep them hot. What I do is keep a pan of water next to the frying pan with a plate on it. The plate gets nice and hot and I stage the pancakes there while I am cooking them.

When the cooking is done the hot plate can be moved to a work surface and the pancakes quickly sugared lemoned and rolled,t ehn scoffed, all the while on the nice warm plate.

We bought these tesco value mixes for 10p and all you do is add an egg and milk.
