Whats it like for gaming? Does it ghost? Anyone played CSS on it?

I've been gaming on mine since I got it last week and think it's great. I've been reading a lot about TN panels lesser quality but maybe I'm not as discerning as others but it looks fine to me.

No ghosting with these babies. As with any TN screen it is a TN screen

but with this Samsung the stand is FULLY adjustable so you can recover any viewing angel that you may have issues with.

I know its TN but is there such a big difference between 6ms and 5ms? The NEC ghosts like mad. So 100% sure there isn't any ghosting whatsoever in CSS?

Why does it emit a noise when the brightness is turned down below 70%?

Have just noticed that it does emit a high pitch buzzing noise if the brightness is turned below 95 and gets louder each notch down to 90 where it then stays the same all the way down to 0, only way to get rid of the noise completly is to keep the brightness above 98.

And now that i have noticed it i have to keep it above 98, really annoying.

It seems that all new monitors from Samsung are humming. Something is wrong with Samsung !

Jesus Christ! No go for me then. I have a faulty PSU that likes to buzz and it seems like I also have a faulty 4870X2 that likes to squeal whenever I move a window / load apps or play games.

Crazy. Is there such thing as a good monitor?

My brightness is set to only 30% and I cannot hear any noise from the screen.

If brightness is 100% then I hear nothing..........

May call Samsung about this Monday....
