My nephew helped me with a job i did and the profit i made was £500.
I paid him £100 for 3 hrs work,would you say this was fair.
He has a full time job and iam self employed.

Depends what part of the work he did. If he did most of it, then no. And also dpends on how much you like him

Is he complaining at the amount he got paid ?

didnt you arrange with him before the job how much he would get paid ?

he would then have either agreed to do it. or not...

Depends how much of the work he did. If he did a fifth of the work, he gets a fifth of the dosh.
