Sorry to be ignorant but whats so good about this game is it a remake of the SF2 on the SNES, seen so many remakes over the years I dont know whats what.

It's the definitive version of SFII with better balance and better graphics.

Got this the other day finally and I must say I really love it! The difficulty is punishing though, even on easy I was surprised how tough the ai is. Completed it on Hard last night (as Ken) but had to use about 10 credits as the ai positively cheats at that difficulty!

This weekend it's up to very hard, I expect they'll be a few "broken in rage" ps3 controllers on eBay soon...

i cant beat akuma on easy. its really hard. :mad:

I dont think Akuma's difficulty changes. I beat him in the end with Balrog and clawed his face. Took about an hour to do though still.
