I've made this thread as an attempt to see if anybody has experienced this issue, or has dealt with it before:
Basically, I woke up this morning and my hamstrings (or at least the back of both my legs) felt very achey, like cramp, and also tender. I also realised that both my knees are extremely difficult to bend, due to a sticking pain half way into the extension.

I've tried stretching my hams, quads, and continuously bending my knees but to no avail. I've also drank a lot of water and eating breakfast with lots of salt...and nothing.
Yesterday I sat on my bum all day, ill with the flu. So its not like I ran a marathon or anything. What the hell could have caused this, and what do I do to stop hurting?
