I remember ONCE seeing a film about some sort of robbery (perhaps a bank).

The robbers were all former SWAT, and of course a proper SWAT team had arrived outside, so you had a SWAT vs SWAT stand-off where the people inside knew all the tactics
There was something about the guys inside putting explosives inside (I think).

And no, I'm not talking about Swordfish

It's not either of those, that's the thing I swear I have seen every good film of the genre and still have not found this film I once saw on TV.

I almost thing I imagined the film

EDIT: I am 100% sure that the bad guys were all ex-SWAT, which is the confusing thing as I cannot find any films like that (and I know this 100% because I remember thinking to my self "cool it's SWAT vs SWAT")
