When life gets to much what do you guys do?

It's been like that for me for past few weeks, I'm pulling on through staying positive. But I need more motivation. Tired Of Uni, Parents Ill, just feel really alone sometimes. :(

think of all the people who are worse off than you

Its pretty scary if thinking of people in awful situations cheers you up :p:p

Just dont let stuff get to you mate...Just remember that nothing lasts forever, except herpes....and stuff will change soon enough

doesnt really cheer me up but makes me realise im being stupid and have no real reason to be down

anyway just think of something you really like to do and then go do it. for me its riding my bike/listening to music.

Pretend the worlds your playgroung and your a kid again.
Me I walk in the park, some times with my mates dog, light Martial Arts training, read a book I'm interested in, play some music, have a cuppa and chat with mates.
Things to try and avoid are getting over excited, drugs and alchohol, enforcing something you don't really want to do on yourslef (take a break get back to it later), consoling your lonliness with sex (generally makes your emotional life even more difficult)
Anyhoo good luck hope you feel better soon.

*Waits for "I cut myself" responses :p*

I think music is pretty good - I also watch some funny videos and forget about whats happening around me...

Drink doesn’t work, for me it’s talking about it, listening to music, reading and going out with a camera.

Sometimes you've got to grit your teeth and slog it out, easier said than done I know.

The only thing I can think of is find a constructive way to blow off steam. How you do that is up to you.

I normally run. If I really can't be bothered then I just sit there and think about it, which normally makes things worse.

Music helped me in the past, thank goodness for Pink Floyd.

I think you'd have to exclude "The Wall" and "Final Cut" if your feeling down.
"Wish you were Here" is great for chilling out to.
Been listening to "One Republic's" album this week to help lift me.

surround yourself with good friends and have a laugh. When I was at uni I had a close group of friends I could depond on for cheering me up. We all get like that sometimes

So many people seem so to be down at the moment, think it must be the time of year, uncertainity of the future.

Just gotta power through it all.
