i would like this one the most if it wasn't for the nasty 3 spoke thing that's been going on for the last few years

Yes, thats the non Sport but non stock SE wheel from an E46 3 Series or an E53 X5.

i didn't realise that the e39 sports wheel didn't have the double spoke at the bottom, so i stand corrected (as you rightly predicted) :p

still looks a bit crap imo though :o

LOL, I can't believe this thread. Some of you guys have obviously never seen a bad steering wheel, so I'll introduce you to one..

i see your rubbish steering wheels and i raise you:

Jeez, forget about the wheel, cop a lookie of the dash  Looks like bits of plastic stuck together like I used to buy from Edgware Road when I used to be into electronics in my younger days.

the worst steering wheel ive ever had to use by far is the one in the corsa B, truly is terrible to hold and use. Plus, the wheel was soo big, i couldnt get my leg properly between it and the gearstick when i was in 5th, so couldnt get my leg on the clutch to get out of 5th. terrible state of affairs.

Lol only on ocuk can we get people discussing steering wheels:p

What is that one of Gaygyle?

Yanks seem to do some hideous wheels, I remember being in a big ole buick years ago, and the wheel was huuuge.

image name would suggest citroen CX

Seriously though do people really pay that much attention to a steering wheel, agreed its nice to have a fat chunky wheel but the first thing I would change on most of the BMW's is the god awful looking stock stereo.
