Hmmm interesting...would I be better off getting the X2 version or the X4? I prefer the X4 as one will be doing heavy video editing...
 
Im in a similar boat. Im thinking of getting the X3 720 BE but decided to hold off till the X4 comes out. My primary use is gaming so X3 could be the sweet spot for that.

I'm so happy with my PhII X3 720 (BE), such a lot of performance for not much £££.

My £500 rig is now happily running Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V, plus four virtual Server 2008 machines without breaking a sweat :)
