hmmm, I wonder if this is the reasoning behind this, about 30+ states have issued similar bills now.

These are not new bills, they are simply restating pre-existing legislation.

It's the equivalent of Scotland standing up and shouting "We have our own parliament!!!"

Westminster would simply respond "Yes we know, we gave it to you, remember?"

I've just checked the source. It's some American lunatic by the name of Hal Turner.

Mr Turner's statements on other issues make interesting reading:
