Q9650 UD3P @ 4GHZ freezing Prime Blend

As title. Not as bad as it sounds. I get a good 11hrs hours stable but want to achieve 24hrs+ for max stability.

Voltages seem to be getting far to high for a 4ghz OC with this cpu. I achieved the same clock with an Asus P5Q deluxe with much lower settings.

Ram is set to recommended voltages/timings. (Actually underclocked or it wont post)

Q9650 (1.250 vid) @ 4GHZ 9x445
2x2GB Corsair dominator 1066 @ 5 5 5 15, 333 strap 1:1 890 (2.00b)
VCore 1.312v
MCH 1.36v
PLL 1.50
VTT 1.30
Dram 2.1v
LLC on

I only swapped over to the UD3P as I read it was really stable and it seems to be the opposite. Vdroop is awful. LLC off is a no no .

Below is a pic of the frozen screen I seem to keep getting! I dont get any errors on the cores until it freezes.

Just a thought what is the PCI-E set to in the BIOS, on my Gigabyte X38 DS5 I have it set to 101mhz from Auto.

Is there a possibility to test another GPU.
 
Its set to 100mhz. I dont have a spare, Ill have to order one up if everyone thinks it is GPU related.
