Nvidia 182.08 whql drivers are out

cheers dude ill try them out and see if they've fixed the hdtv resize option

plus it would be better to link to the UK drivers not US

Had problems opening the uk drivers when i tried,

is there really that much of a difference? just the language pack isnt it?

Infact i can get to the uk drivers now, and their an additional 29mb?

well ive just tryed them and will be going back to the 180.48 drivers, they still havent fixed the HDTV resize option

im not sure dude i just thought they wouldn't work with UK computer hardware?

Ahh in that case they work fine with uk hardware, im pretty sure the bloated size is due to additional language packs, i was thinking possible issues with pal/ntsc but google says no lol

It will be identical matey, just no european language pack.

really getting sick of not being able to use newer drivers then 180.48! just cant get my self to jump over to ATI bandwagon either :/

for me

open game , quick flash of the game, then it minimizes, if i try to open it it will simply minimize again.. in fact same on 182.06

currently on 181.22 now, working fine

Are you running skype on boot up?

I had the same issue with the new version of skype if it was minimised to the task bar.

Maybe the cause of your troubles.

There is no such thing as "UK" computer hardware its not region specific.

Upgraded my drivers now i cant play any games my drivers keep stop responding. I used to get this in wic long ago but never CSS and BF2. Whats up here ive reinstalled twice!

The ATI scheme is based on there being a monthly release cycle though, whereas Nvidia aren't tied down by such arbitrary constraints.

Hmm, seems to be the exact same set as the 182.06's but with added support for the 9800+, I mean the gts250.

since using these I can no longer overclock via Rivatuner and I get crashes in GTAIV and CSS. Going back to vista 64 drivers now (I use windows 7 atm)
