Never heard of this utility for unzipping/repairing .RARs, do post a link to it...

Quickpar is the only one that I know of Jbloggs, however it only repairs the files as long as there are .par files present.

Quickpar can't repair a RAR on it's own, it needs recovery blocks.

WinRAR does have a rar repair function, but its not very successful most times.
