Man guilty of spraying own faeces in English shops

Why is it necessary to point out that the shops are English. Is this to rile people up? I'm not sure how many Algerian shops i've seen on the high street so perhaps it was just lack of choice.
 
I remember reading this a while back.
A long while, and it's not from a foreign source.

This also has nothing to do with his ethnicity, doesn't matter where you come from, being messed up generally is always universal.

Pretty sure it is from a foreign source mate. If it were a UK source, it would simply state the region name, not england.

The source is an Australian broadcaster. "England" is doubtless specified for clarity.
