Nowhere I want to be.
I for some reason managed to stumble on to this while browsing the internet:-

How the HELL can people do this ?

Those poor things.

One day I will visit one of these places and just start chopping up any human that gets in my way.

Ill take a samuria sword and just start taking limbs off.

Sorry to be so morbid, I knew this stuff went on, but for some reason those images nearly made my cry.

I realise there are none in the UK, but that doesnt mean we can forget it does it?

its not very nice but i dont see how it is any different from farming cows for meat. or farming sheep/lambs for wool and meat

For cash usually. Its a pretty profitable business. Rabbit fur is lovely and soft.

Yeah, uh-huh. Sure. :p

You should see the conditions pigs live in. Go have a look and remember next time you're having a bacon buttie. :)

Because we're the superior species, and as such the rabbits can't enslave and skin us.

Yes, of course you will.

Cows are ok, sheep are ok.

Chicken conditions are sick, as well as pigs. Pigs are clever arguably more so than a 3 yr old. (I saw a program).

I dont eat pork now because of the vile, abhorrent practices.

The only thing wrong with cows are the rubber bands for castration, and the travelling in lorries. Disgusting.

I was thinking about joining the ALF, but they seem a bit crazy, and Greanpeace seem to peacful, is there another alternative?

Not doing anything?

If you think that is bad visit a battery chicken farm, or even the dingy sheds with tens of thousands in but not in cages. As for all the samurai sword ****, cool your jets, you'll end up knee deep in flange with all that manly chat. Either that or people will think you're spouting.

& as for not eating pork because of farming practices that is a bit extreme. I only eat humanely reared meat whatever the animal type, there's no need to take it off the menu just make sure it died happy.

Geenpeace are to peaceful? You're joking right?

If those photos are the worst the anti-omvivourists have against rabbit farming, then I'd say the industry is in a very good state.

Also, did you know they cut the tails off of lambs? Now you think that's cruel too don't you...

This - I'm pretty sure that most chicken kebabs that get consumed on a night out probably come from battery farmed chickens kept in much worse conditions than these rabbits - at least clothing will last and get used frequently.

How many office workers across the UK get some sort of chicken salad or sandwich for lunch - in about 99% of cases there is no way that chicken was free range.

Most greasy spoons cafes, sandwich shops and takeaways contribute far more to animal suffering than the people who make fur coats, leather jackets or carry out research on animals.

Try going after the people who buy them, rather than the people who are just doing their job.

i think you need to tell people to click on the slaughterhouse link.....cos the pics you linked to are just bunnies in cages..which isnt really enough to get most people into a murderous samurai rage.
