dog bites

The simplest solution is to pick the dog up and roll its body, twisting the "neck" and the dogs grip, it will eventually have to let go the more you turn because as you can imagine it will only turn so far before the grip gets tiring and painful for the locked jaw.

locked what now?

Best thing to do with an attacking dog, either;
Rip it's nuts off(assuming it's male)
or
Pull it's front legs apart, cracking the chest, and killing the dog rather quickly.

The dogs were obviously not well trained and it is therefore the owners fault for any attack. Watch The Dog Whisperer, absolutely amazing - his methods work!

LOL @ the keyboard warriors. If the dog/s in question are mutts scrapping and squabbling, I'd just leave them to sort it out. Most dog 'fights' are just bitch-slapping contests. No point getting in the middle of a dog scrap, it tends to end with pointy things in your skin. If the offender is a bull bred dog then kicking it in the knackers isn't going to do much except make it mad/more determined. Take it from the voice of many years of experience (real experience, gained outside of the internets :eek:).

Anyone who owns a bull breed and has half a brain should own and carry a breaking stick at all times. Unfortunately though, most people without a brain tend to want to own a bull breed, which helps a great many unscrupulous dog dealers and puppy peddlars to thrive.

Anyway, back on point... Insert the breaking stick (which can be anything from a custom made carbon implement to a chiselled down hammer handle) between the canine and first pre-molar, while holding the dog by the scruff of the neck or collar. Twist the stick to part the jaws slightly whilst pulling the dog back at the same time. Instant release. No huss no fuss. It's usually best to make sure someone's holding onto the second dog though, unless you fancy round 2.

That or just hit them with your keyboard, obviously. :o
