I would assume it's used for the disposal of dubious biological matter, but you would think the autoclave is more fit for that purpose.
Possible the name for the sink used for disposing of food waste in a commercial kitchen.

It contains stabilised enzymes and alcohol, polyethylene glycol ether.
Well at least the enzymes are stabilised. That's always good news.
