The new walkers crisps flavours - tried them yet?

on the continent I quite like paprika flavour, and theres also a bolognese flavour that they do in france. I think its the same company as walkers over here, because the logo is the same, its called something like Layes or similar. I guess the tastes of different countries vary a lot.

Yeah, Walkers is called Lays in Europe/USA/South Africa.

Ditto for Walls ice-cream being called Ola i other parts of the world, but with the same logo.

Guess they rebranded for the snooty British public :p

Other way around.

Well Lays is from Frito-Lay, which started in the states. :p

Ola, is part of the Unilever heart-brand ice-cream thingy.

Wall's - United Kingdom (Great Britain), Singapore, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia,Thailand and other parts of Asia.

Ola - Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, South Africa.

i tried the breakfast ones about 3 hours ago and i still feel sick!

can you remember them stink bombs you bought from party shop? what ****in howled, you may aswell just swat one of them in your mouth!

My favourite is between salt and vinegar and ready salted. Don't really need any others. Although i accidentaly bought cheese and onion the other day without realising, due to me living in the old age thinking salt and vinegar is still blue. Which quite frankly it should be. Salt comes from the sea, and the sea is blue. Onions, have a green colour to them. I still don't know why they swapped the colours. I remember when they swapped the colours of milk tops too. To me there seems no logic at all other than making customers buy the wrong thing and annoyed.

Cheese and Onion is still the best flavour though. Walkers are good, but NOTHING beats the ol' classic Tayto Cheese & Onion. I shed a tear each morning knowing that I can't buy them anymore now that I live on the mainland.

Bhaji yay, Builders Buttcrack nay.

Edit - I did see they've introduced some new flavours in multipacks in supermarkets. Ploughmans - most definite yay. Not quite as good as Brannigans Ham and Pickle but not far off.

Do you still get them in Ireland? I remember buying them in Donegal when I was a boy. They used to do a nice n spicy Monster Munch as well. Which you could only buy in Ireland

I've tried a few of them and they didn't appear to be anything special.

Kettle Chips and Chipsticks Salt & Vinegar remain top dog for me.
