(Thanks Skyfall) :D

I always figure it's worth a go, I have a couple of lines on most weeks, and will definitely concede that I have spent more than I have won to date. But it wouldnt take much of a win to completely negate that, and if you win big then it has the potential to be completely life changing. It wouldnt take "that" big a win for me to be able to live rent/mortgage free, which is like winning that payment every month, or might change the need you have to be in the job you are, you might be able to afford to do something you enjoy but pays less just by not having to pay rent/mortgage, and like I say that's with a relatively meagre win

Lie the last Lottery thread reply, if I win I will buy everyone in .....my family something nice :p

The lottery is fixed! they have magnets in the balls they want to win so they know the numbers before they are drawn!!

All one big conspiracy

dP
Even if they did what would that matter when you have free choice over the numbers you pick?

No because they close sales at 7.30, which would give them enough time to analyse ticket sales and find the optimum sale/prize ratio for profit.

This way they can generate rollovers and winners at a whim.

Of course... believe that and I'll believe you're not wearing a tin foil sombrero.

No, the lotto funds terrorism.

But with euromillions the pots for the different prize levels are set amounts/percentages of the total pot and then just divied up by how many people have won at that level, so it wouldn't make a difference to the prize/profit ratio

Foolish fool, that's what they want you to think.
