Difference between these 2 cards

I'm just about to build a gaming rig and I've had issues using on board sound before so I'm looking at these 2 cards.

Now I know the later says gamer but is there much difference. Is it worth the extra cash?

The gamer if I remember correctly is rubbish, whereas the audio is better.

The Gamer is the better one, the Audio is the el cheapo model

If my memory serves correctly the Audio doesn't support EAX in games and some other jazz.

ok but id it worth the extra for EAX? Not got it now so is there much to miss?
