The pads are excerlent for air cooling cpu/gpu/NB/mosfet - the hotter the chip the better.
Rubish for watercooling and cool running SB's.
Works with Aluminum (unlike the liquid pro) but not ideal for direct touch tech like the Xigmatek.
Much easier to remove than the liquid pro as well - but not as good
Would really like a small sample to try these for myself if you can spair some.
Edit: you do need a 'burn in' - basically running your chip above 60c with the cooler attached (possable passive) for a second or two - full details on the website. All CL produced have a multi-step set up that you need to follow. Rice grain and go it aint
