Ok to drink Vinegar?

Heard it helps us in all sorts of ways, also heard it can cause a lot of damage.

have a little bit, lets say a shot, or a double shot, that wouldnt do anything and then post if it helps you out with whatever you have just googled, either way there was some vinegar type drink at that sushi place, i didnt much like it, but either way the OP doesnt deserve comments as above!

One time, at this house party, someone poured a shot of vinegar and got loads of people to egg this girl on to drink it. She was told it was whiskey or something. So she downs it and her face scrunched up so much it was hilarious.

An old friend used to drink pickled onion vinegar when she was pregnant. She'd come over to my house and head straight for the fridge

It's supposed to help with indigestion.
