Your gonna have to open up the config app and make it, easy enough to do.
Right click on the main area 'add date/time' a small box should appear.
On the right click the 'source' tab and change and replace it with this dddd mm mmmm %b hh:mm that will give the format that is in the pic, I assume thats how wedge has done it, either that he made up two date/time boxes so one is independent of the other, which looks like the case as the time is a bigger font than the date? If so just have dddd mm mmmm in one box and hh:mm in the other. the question mark next to the box you put the dddd mm mmmm into will tell you what does what.
Next on the right you should see 'Date/Time %v' delete the date/time so that it doesn't show in the main area.
Select a font, scroll back a page or two wedge has provided the font he used, and select a size, 40ish by the looks of the pic.
Then select a colour.
You may have to at this point expand the box in the main area so you can see all the text.
Goto file, save as and give it a name. Make sure you save it to the configs folder which should be the default.
Then open up samurize so its in the system tray, right click the icon, 'select config file', click the one you just made and voila it should now be on the desktop.
I've only installed it this week so new to it myself. It's pretty cool, I don't like though that you can't use all uppercase for say the clock you have to use an all uppercase font. Or you can use a plugin 'textfx' but you can't set transparency from what I can see.
