Those screwdrivers

You know those screwdrivers where you can swap the bit on the end to use with different fittings? (philips, torx, hex, etc.) - what's the proper name for them?

Also, could anyone point me in the direction of one where the shaft (including bit) is at least 150mm long and less than 13mm in diameter? I'm finding it super hard to find these things. I'd really appreciate it.

my dad has one of these where the philips and screw where able to go inside the drive via a little cap in the top, was quite cool

Maybe the actual screwdrivers don't have an accepted name. That screwfix site calls them a "bit converter handle"
