I have just ,sadly, thrown away mr Spud you see here, alas, when I picked him up, he started oozing lots of Brown slime - this worried me greatly after my mate suggested that it could be nasty akin to old Mushrooms & the like, so, off to the bin he went I am gutted I will miss him.:(

The advantage of an old CRT over a flat panel is plenty of space for storing your junk. :D

Anybody else got weird stuff on their PC's? :D

err no...

but my second monitor is propped up by a grooming set, so that the screen tilts downwards at the correct angle. lol.

We need to know. It's persistence on his monitor will directly correlate to how long he has left to live.

Are you going to use your degree in biology to work out how long it'll take him to die, based on culture times and temperature factors? Then sue the greengrocer for selling such a crime against nature?

No, don't be daft.

I'll sue his housemates.

I've got one of those new fangled TFT things I'm afraid, so no storage room up there. Also, whenever I use a computer at someones place and they have an CRT I feel envious of the colour accuracy and consistancy of colour across the screen. For photo editing especially, the old style monitors are superior I think. Maybe my TFT is just a piece of junk though.
