Spec me a clutch for a 206

Go for a genuine OEM make such as Valeo or LUK. You may be able to get a cheaper aftermarket part, but IME they are either poor quality, or "re-manufactured" OEM parts, i.e. cleaned up and re-lined. Neither option is good value when you consider the labour costs involved in removing the gearbox.

When I had my 106, which used the same TU engine and MA gearbox, I had to replace the clutch and bought the cheapest one i could get at the time, some drivemaster POS if I remember correctly. About 2 months later I was replacing it again for a Valeo one. Not because it had broken again, simply because it had made the car terrible to drive, the clutch action was shocking.

Just spend the extra 20 or 30 quid getting a Valeo one, it's worth it :)
