Jerry Jalava uses the 2GB memory stick, accessed by peeling back the "nail", to store photos, movies and programmes.
The finger is not permanently attached to his hand, so it can be easily left plugged into a computer when in use.
Mr Jalava says he is already thinking about upgrading the finger to include more storage and wireless technology.

There have been so many times I wished I had my USB stick with me. This would be ideal.

Now i've just gotta lose a finger!

When i first read it i felt a bit weird, just imagined someone peeling back their own nail. Ugh.

After all these years, with all our knowledge and power and experts with costumes, why do they still use some magazine-model colour fleshtones and expect them to blend with normal people?
