it was pretty much my whole life for a good few years. wish i never stopped but as we left school the localish skatepark got shut and everyone started to stop riding.

under 2 years ago i tried to get back into it but it never really worked out due to many crappy reasons. but ihave been remembering the good times a lot recently and really hope to get back into it this year sometime since i still have a silly priced bike gathering dust

its depressing to watch small kids pulling off all the tricks you cant do anymore though. and even more depressing that i just dont know where the good trails thesedays

good for the price.

be aware that it has no brakes and nowhere to ever mount brakes though

i indulge some on my Mongoose Expert 2000. Love that badboy. im rubbish now though, it was a teenage thing for me.

Yeh, although I have no experience of a brakeless bmx, I think they look a lot smarter and I'll probably appreciate having to control the bike better in the long run

Back in the old days, 12 or so years ago I used to love it. GT Performer, dirt jumping, loved it :cool:

Then I got into mountain biking which I still persue when I can.

It's not about difficiulty it's about how much more stylish your riding would be, my manuls looked 10x better when I went brakeless; better than clutching at your lever with your chrome squeking

I would stay well away from the low budget fit completes, I cracked the frame and bent the forks and wrecked the wheels and broke the BB and snapped the spindle bolt and had to saw off the stem the bike went to pieces

Just make sure you know what TT to get, longer top tube bit harder for spins but manuals are easier and you get more room knee wise.
