What is the official word on Tomas Rosicky?

Not best placed to answer but for what I seen of him in highlights he came across as a bit of a luxury player who was very skillfull but you couldn't bank on him if you needed to dig a result out

It's a shame as he looked quite useful when he did play, Nasri seems to be far better though so Rosicky would only be stand in for him. Arshavin looks far better on the right or central.

This would be nice:
Nasri Song Cesc Arshavin

Then these as stand ins:
Rosicky Diaby Denilson Walcott

I'm still not convinced about Song although he has been better of late. IMO Wilshere looks a much better long-term prospect, although time will tell.

I'd still like to see us make a move for a central midfielder in the summer, wouldn't mind Michael Johnson if he could be picked up on the cheap. Maybe someone from abroad if they are true quality, but the threat of caps on foreigners concerns me slightly.

I rate Rosicknote still and would rather see him in the team when at full fitness, with Arshavin playing off the striker.

As good as that line up maybe I always fear seeing Walcott being counted as a stand in like that. What if decides that not good enough and some club(Chelsea?) offers him a regular start. Arsenal should switch to 3 5 2 with all these talented midfield players. With Gallas and Toure apparently not getting along and Djourou being crap maybe it wouldn't be a bad formation.

Why on earth would Chelsea offer him a regular start when they've already got a better RW in Joe Cole (and possibly Quaresma if he were to extend his stay at the Bridge)?

Don't really see the value in a 3-5-2 as over the past 18 months Clichy and Sagna have arguably been two of the better Arsenal players. Sacrificing them to bring in Djourou or Senderos doesn't really appeal.

I was not suggesting leaving either Clichy or Sagna out, just have Toure or Gallas playing not both since they're not getting along. Anyway, its not a workable formation.

Hence the question mark. I was thinking of any other worthwhile club which could be Chelsea.

Arsenals injury list told me, updated 16th march.

"I told you two weeks ago that he would be back in full training but he will not. He’ll be back in full training in two weeks time now."

He had a set back in training.

And the formation would be:

---------------v.Persie
---------Arshavin
Rosicky--Nasri--Cesc--Walcott

Allthough Rosicky getting on form would be a doubt so Nasri would go on the left with whoever is going to be on form in Midfield there.

He's dead.

It's all a cover-up. Something dodgy happened, possibly Gallas did him in. The club can't talk about it. Thus, they pretend. "Rosicky will be back in a couple of weeks." "Oh, he's had another setback, maybe another week." "Who, Rosicky? I think I saw him the other day, ask Dave." "Who is this Tomas Rosicky you speak of? Never heard of him."

And play and Arshavin-Fabregas central duo? Seriously, some of these team selections are madness. We need a decent DM, and failing that, we have to have either Song or Denilson instead.

Song... starting? Seriously? Arsene needs to replace him in the summer. I honestly believe Eboue would do a better job on the right and bring Arshavin into the middle.

He's our best choice at the moment, i think he's doing a decent job at the moment and could be quite good long term if he maintains his spot and gains more experience. That being said i wouldnt moan if Wenger brought in a new DM in his place.

I think Ade and RvP up front would thrive on the creativity in that midfield.
