Spec me a cereal

I've got a couple of maximuscle shakers, and a myprotein one. I've even tried blending it, and I still can't drink it.

You need to man up. Just drink it for crying out loud, it won't kill you. Empty your mind and gulp it down, don't pause to consider the lumps hitting the side of your throat, just get it down. After a few times it'll be easy as. It's just cold porridge!

Big breakfasts rock. Often have smoked makerell, or eggs on brown bread, or beans on brown, and always have porridge and fruit in the morning always, but will accompany it with any of the above. If I don't feel full after breakfast I'm in for a bad day!

This is awesomeness.

I've taken to buying smoked mackarel fillets. It's a lazy alternative but it means I can just microwave them. Great for brekky and lunch.

Incidentally, porridge and fruit has become more of a factor in my breakfasts again. I like making a rasberry and blueberry compot and whacking it in some porridge.

Ant

For quick breakfast I blend 100g of oats in water with some whey, this is if I wake up late.

If I have a bit more time , scrambled eggs on toast, or some tuna with toast and a bit of mayo + sweetcorn . Wholemeal of course ;)

I wish I could eat whey with water. Unfortunately it comes back up if I drink it with anything other than milk at the very least and sometimes banana / peanut butter.

Problem then is I struggle to eat anything else.

Yes it's great. Always start off with easy to make stuff that you can forget whilst you prepare other stuff... so porridge goes in the uwave and I can get on with other bits. Always have lots of fresh fruit to put into it - though I do like golden syrup and unrefined brown sugar :o However, loaded with blueberries, or any sort of berries, banana, kiwi etc... works so well with hot porridge.

Then have, beans/fish/eggs/all of the above etc.. I always give myself 20 mins for breakfast minimum.

In fact I'm hungry just thinking about it! :D

Doesn't have to be serious but it's worth getting tested.

Mate of mine is GI and since he quit he farts and murps buch less, he generally feels healthier and his acne has cleared up completely.

It's worth looking into with your GP.

I might do that actually. Now that I'm thinking about it, I stomach feels weird and very windy after eating pastas - which is annoying as my other half insists on eating italian! :p

I've been fine all day for example, eating normally but decided I'd have a nice unhealthy bowl of noodles - I've been passing wind since.

Rather embarrassing posting about it. :p
