For those not wise in the ways of 90's Japanese. It's a 200SX Touring. 2.0 Turbo. Standard apart from Exhaust, although it's going to be changed soon. Puts out about 200bhp standard.

Comments / Thoughts / Questions?!

Ross

Oh and this thread is about the S14 not the RX7 - That unfortunately isn't mine :(

Looks in good nick bar the splitter. Always liked these, always hated those standard wheels though!

Must admit im more interested in the FD behind it though.

The S14a's always looked really, really awesome and agressive from the front, then you get to the rear and... FAIL :(

Looks good. Are the calipers red as standard?

Nope, Painted by previous owner. Going to rebuild / repaint them though. Hopefully a more subtle black.

Splitters easily sandable / sprayable its only rubber.

Can we bin this thread of giving cars odd names like 'sensible daily'? Its your car - of course you use it daily, thats the point in your car :p

Nice! I'm jealous. I keep wanting to pick up a Skyline GTS-T (single turbo) but the insurance is too high at the moment. I wonder how these compare?

How much did you pick it up for?

Enjoy it!

But It's not sensible. I do 110 miles daily. The alternative title is 'Here's my new car, it's not a bmw e36'

310bhp, coilovers and a full roll cage. to be fair he only has a 30 mile journey to work.

Very nice :) My mate has a white S14, which unfortunately the bottom end has just pooed its knickers :(

Trying to convince him to go forged on the rebuild but he's not biting yet.

How much space do you have in the back, is it big enough for a couple of kids? Also, whats the boot space like on these?

Space is ok ish for kids, though if you like to have your drivers seat far back it basically touches the rear bench, so you have to move it forward a few inches, I found this hard being 6" 3 but its ok for smallish journeys. Boot space will get a weeks big shop in no problem, you can fold the rear seats down but it only has a ski hatch for longer items thats quite small. You can get a push chair in no problem left to right and it will take a couple of small suit cases but its difinately not a "family" friendly car full time.
