Sennheiser Pc 350 Headset

The above seems to have dissapeared from the overclockers store does anyone know why?

Is there is a new product coming from Sennheiser or something?

Ive had two pairs of them(first ones were stolen

) and they have both been brilliant and i was going to recommend them to a friend but they have vanished from the site.

Yea I'd like a pair of Sennheisers, all have gone from OCuK. I have sent them a few webnotes, each time someone got back to me saying 3/5 working days. This was about 3 weeks ago now.

No idea what's going on, but I can safely say they won't be in stock any time soon.

Just seen one or two people are starting to mod the PC350s over at Head-Fi and are claiming much better sound quality.

I modded mine today it and has made a hell of a difference when listening to music.

Apparently the PC350s use the same speakers as the HD595s and this mod really releases the potential.

I was looking at the PC350s as a gaming headset but many reviews say they have awful bass. Does that mod do something to improve that?

I ended up getting some HD555s and a lapel mic, which I think is a much better setup anyway.

Yea the mod gives them back the bass, this mod is an absolute must for PC350 owners.

I have a pair of pc350 and noticed they lacked bass but now omg they sound different and have better bass.

Since i did not have a drill, i just used a sharp knife, anyways they are MUCH more louder then i put volume to max instead of sounding a little quiet compared to other headphones at max volume.

I recommend one hole at the top, unless you want it sounding flat and low which is what it does to the sound from these.

The cup with the mic there was two hiddens screws under the film cover thing. That's why it's hard to remove that cup.

wow, i just finished doing the mod and my word! Its so much better now, especially the bass! I only drilled 2 small holes too..
