Tattoo stuff. It's my turn.

Looks weird, the whole of the right side is a different size to the left, if its supposed to be symmetrical at least partially then its a huge fail.

Missed this. You're a bit of a muppet aren't you?

Based on it, aye. It's also abstract enough that it looks good, no matter what the original source. I think pretty much everyone thinks it reminds them of something different!

And as I already said, I like it a lot and that's what's important.

Yes, also because you clearly can't read.

I never read the thread, no need for tears, if you like the tattoo great, I personally think whoever done it hasn't made a very good job.

Why would you care what others think anyway, you got it for yourself, not everyone is going to think its great and wonderfull are they. If you don't want peoples negative or positive comments then don't post it on an open internet forum heh.

I like it dude, nice one.

Where did you get it done? (which shop)

Doubt they are competitors to OcUk :p

Itching to get my 2nd done :)

It was done at Wilson Ink in Wickford. There are some really good reviews on that site and their own site with a fair few pictures is here. They don't advertise, it's all word of mouth and Danny seems a really nice guy. I don't think I could have picked a better place nearby.

Ahh yeh I've heard good things about those guys. I used Tilbury Tattoos in (you guessed it) Tilbury. Lovely people all round really, and like you say, all word of mouth.

Job's a good 'un.

This was about five minutes after completion so it's still a bit raw. I also had my arm flexed so the circle doesn't look round, but it is round! It also doesn't look perhaps as symmetrical as it should be but again, that's down to the angle of the camera and my arm being flexed. Yes, I have large arms.

It took two and a half hours, the only bit which actually was painful was when the outline was done, it felt as though I was being scratched (which, let's be fair, I was). The shading didn't hurt at all.

I'm really pleased with it, and that's what's important.

 I like that, very unusual and I really like the shading!

Freshly washed then allowed fifteen minutes or so to air dry before applying the Tattoo Goo. As you can tell, it's quite dry and now starting to peel a little.

And here it is a couple of minutes later with a coating of Goo so nice and moist - I need to teach LMF how to hold a camera perpendicular and straight though!

I think it's coming along nicely :)
