Do any of those actually have good flavour?
It's so hard finding a good chilli sauce.
Blair's Original Death Sauce sounds like it may have a good flavour?
Original Death is very nice indeed - tastes very fresh and light. It's not particularly hot, however, but a nice entry into the world of sauces hotter than Tabasco.
For those looking for flavour with a punch, Blair's After Death hits the spot. It's awesome in soup or mixed into table sauces like ketchup.
I get all my hot sauces from
http://www.scorchio.co.uk. Their delivery times are simply amazing and I've just come to the end of a 6-month membership in their Hot Sauce club. Quite fun knowing there's a random sauce coming every month.
The ones I got over time in the club were :
Blair's Original Death
Eaton's Jamaican Crushed Peppers
Chilipepper Pete's Smokin' Dragon's Blood
Nitro Naga Extreme Edition
Dave's Insanity Sauce (original)
Bee Sting Honey 'n' Habanero
All of them are great in their own way, even those that don't pack much heat had their uses. The only disappointment really was the Nitro Naga as I was like "Ohh yeah! A naga sauce!" when I opened it, but the heat is actually very very mild. It tastes great though - very tomatoey so makes a good table sauce.
