Just checked this morning, discs have already been sent out :)

Looks like changing email address has worked :)
I also cleared all of the details on the previous account before closing it, you cant remove details AFTER closing an account. So when cancellation time is here get those discs sent back a bit early and delete your contact details.

Isn't it funny that all the bluray's are reserve only (of the 300 so far I've searched) but HD are almost all available to rent right away.

Good to see that they now send things out in order (boxed sets etc).

All they need to do now is allow genre searches through the HD section and also to show only available titles (but perhaps then we'd see how little they have in stock vs out on rental)

Everyone disk on my list is a Blu-ray, only came across one or two that are reserve only.

Eventually I found the rent me titiles, and I do mean eventually.

Lined up about 3 months worth...and what is the first disc they are sending...Mamma mia, gf will be pleased :)
 
Just went to the change email part of my account and it says it can only be accessed if your account is active. :(

Reckon you'll get a rejection mail, like I did. The delay makes me think it's a manual process - the application gets flagged as a potential duplicate and passed to someone for manual comparison before rejection.
