Does anyone have a link for the risk-groups for various professions? I've found ones for car and postcode, but not jobs. My job could technically come under a few different titles, so want to find which would be best to put down :)

Horticultural Consultant is one of the cheapest i can find..

so if you're a weed dealer, you win

So why is there such a difference based on job title? I mean I could understand there being a difference between two vastly different jobs but between computer engineer and computer consultant? Surely the risk would be somewhat the same?

No getting round mine because they don't have an Entry for Ambulance Dispatcher or 999 Call taking supervisor. So i'm an Ambulance 'Controller' (I wish!)

Just amuse me - actually try that with your own insurers quote engine and let's see the results.

Just did it..........

Data processing manager (as close as I could get) comes out as £666

Mechanical Engineer comes out as £679

Mechanical Designer (which I could use) comes out as £666 again.

They sound like two different jobs, are they both accurate descriptions?

What does your employee describe your role as?
