Full Detail : £400!

You should see what Tangoman can do, he does a lot of S2000s mostly and for the work you have quoted there, minus the interiour, he was charging £150! For interiour and engine bay its £250.

His S2000 is spotless, never seen paintwork that looks so good! He can travel to your home also.

That sound like really good value...

Edit just checked.... He travels up to 50 miles F.O.C and then 50p per mile after.

Shame I am 150 miles away :(

I've got a Porter Cable myself however I'd gladly pay a pro £400 to fully detail my car as the results are stunning, far better than I could achieve myself.

It depends on the value of your car and what your time is worth to you. You'd have to pay me more than £400 to spend an entire day detailing somebody's car that's for sure!

I still remember the job you did on your MR2 by hand which was impressive, I severely doubt being able to see £400 worth of difference if a pro had done it.

Yeah, but would you be able to sleep at night knowing that the paint depth across the car wasn't totally uniform?

Even Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a pointy hat and a mask.

Yeah to be honest that was my reaction ;)

I've already heard from Lee and he sounds solid. He said that it would be slightly more than £150 as BMW's have much harder paint so it will take him longer to machine the car which sound completely reasonable to me.

I've wanted to have it done for ages and I think once it's been done once I could keep it swirl free, very tempted for around the £200 mark.

If your going to pay that much, go to the best

Dalton is the bloke that does the super expensive detail, but for £400ish he will do a pretty amazing job.

Oh look at what car is in the gallery.....(yes, that's mine)

Believe me you could. The MR2 was good, but compared to how the Elise looks after Paul had done it the difference is night and day.

I thought the same :)

It does depend, entirely, what your time is worth.

His work is awesome, his S2000 is absolutely pristine. I think he has it for sale actually.
