I have seen that a lot of people haved jumped onto the PII train whether it be the 720 or 940 etc but why did you do it?
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.
More of a sidestep than anything. I don't really encode anything so i don't really notice that side of things. I would say gaming perfromance is ultimately unnoticeably different and all other tasks are done in pretty much the same time too.Would you consider it an upgrade from your previous chip?
PII X3 gets its butty slapped by overclocked Wolfdale in everything but predictive tasking (encoding/rendering) thanks to its extra core . . .
The PII X4 940 doesn't though![]()
bring Yorkfield into the picture then it's checkmate!![]()
