Not sure which one to get for my system im wanting the cheapest i can find it has to power system in my sig.

My 600w cooler master is not cutting it i dont think.

I do not think enough power is going to the my 4870 x2 psu is not a good one i getting 40 to 50 fps in cod 5 when i should be gettting 150 i have 3 led lights up which suggest power issues.

Its the thing i am going to check first i need an new psu anyways if that dont work i will rma my card.

Appreciate the expense but the PSU is a very important purchase. Imho at the absolute min spec I'd get somewhere between 6 - 700 watt.

I have a 600w cooler master psu but i dont think its doing the job it is only 70% load and 38 on combined on both amps 4870 x2 states min of 40.

Just ordered corsair 650w TX 100 pound is out of my limit like i said im sure the psu i have ordered will do the job for whats in my sig.

Can't go wrong with either of these, tbh. They're not modular but they're great psu's.

Upgrading to 650 watt seems a little pointless when coming from a decent 600 watt.

I'd do as arc@css suggests and aim between 7 and 800 watt. Best be safe than sorry is what I say. :)

Cannot afford it.

Wattage was not the issue with my cooler master psu it was amps not producing enough and 70% efficent is not enough.

Plus psu i have currently is like 2 to 3 years old.

I need an excuse to by a decent psu anyways well 4870 x2 not producing is not an excuse but if it turns out to be faulty card im still happy with the purchase.
