Cheese, Bacon, Chicken, Tomato, Onion and Beetroot is an awesome combination, but rather hard to get the lid of the toastie maker closed. 

Bloody hell, Im suprised you dont have to stand on the thing to get it shut![]()
It's a good idea to run the slices of meat under the tap or give them a quick wash before you toast them, just to get rid of any potentially harmful heat-reactive bacteria.
