I've got a train then plane to catch at 4, I'm wondering whether to stay up all night (what's left of it) or get a couple of hours shut eye. I know whichever way I will feel bad (I hate getting up!) but at the moment I feel a little tired even though the last few nights I have been up til 5ish.

So OcUK what should I do?!?;)

Only 3 ish hours, but I also have a 2 hour train journey and coach the other side so enough time to get some sleep.

My head says sleep, but I know I will regret it when I have to get up, i'll have that horrible fuzzy feeling. :(

Get a nice drink and some snacks get self comfy and game the hours away:D.

Good idea.:D

Unfortunately I'm at my parents house at the moment so any noise after about 11 is frowned upon, and I can't be bothered to go down stairs to get the console out. Starting to really love the freedom and life of my uni house, go downstairs at 2 and there will probably still be one or two people up.:D

If it were me, I'd stay up as I'd feel worse only getting a couple of hours sleep. Thing is it's different for each person so only you really know how it's going to affect you!

You'll be begging for sleep later though.

Since you have now under 4 hours to sleep (why leave it so late? :p) I'd say just tank yourself up on caffeine, get some cold fresh air and keep yourself occupied till you have to go. There's nothing worse than trying to sneak in a couple of hours sleep when you have to get up.

It all depends to be honest. How long would it be from laying down till you were unconscious? If you can sleep like, now, then do that instead.

Don't bother, just stay up. Make sure you go to bed early tomorrow though. Lack of sleep is potentially harmful for your body.

i'd get some sleep then sleep some more on the plane. like others have said different for everyone though.
