Argh, help me cool my room down.

come down to London and spend a couple of hours on the central line every day, especially in July/August. You will never feel hot in your room again :D
 
Buy some Curtains/Blinds to shield you from sun during day, Open the window in the room and open either a side door or a window over the other siide of the house so a breeze can form through the house.

Or Buy some Nitrogen open it and stick a fan behind it
 
What you need is some solar film. Blinds dont stop UV getting into the room and heating it, solar film on the windows gets rid of 99% of the UV energy from the sunlight.
 
Just move rooms if it's really as bad as your making out you'd be willing to give up the biggest room, otherwise it obviously isn't that bad and you just need to open a window and man up.
 
Why am I never hot? Even on warm days like today I am fine. Honestly you cold climate mofos need to embrace the sun and maybe it will shine more.

or just eat less you bunch of fatties.

It's IR that heats.
UV gets you a suntan.
 
Oscillating tower fan: from £15 ..... check out that well known electronics store for one reduced by £20 to £29-99.
