4 - Once you've completed steps 1-3 and aged with experience, for no apparent reason tasty new birds seem to fancy you ! It's weird but true.
5 - Reminisce and try to remember her name because by now you would have forgotten what she looks like.

And look , Im not actually like that - I dont know why I treated her how I did, and I nailed a bird that I almost got gonorrhea from, I dont wana be with her I just want to be there for her - she has major issues.
I just wana forget about her and be focused properly on the navy - Im losing sleep over her and believe me I know im being stupid big time, I just so want to forget about her so bad.

Its not about forgetting them, its about learning to live without them, you can still remember the good times.
It takes time, nothing else makes much difference. If you're stuggling try to keep busy, spend time with friends, talk about it with them. Take up a new hobby too.
