olive oil

sunflower oil?

Whats the best, in terms of low fat. Just had some in olive oil with a little cheese and salad + salad cream for a snack.

brine is water + salt basically , so no real fat except that which leaks out of the fish into the water. olive oil and sunflower oil, are oil, fat. if you have to go low fat the brine, but, why aren't you eating fat, fat is very good for you. What about mayo, its basically eggs, its good quality fats.

Can't remember off the top of my head if sunflower oil is crap for you though think its not great, olive oil is a good fat for you aswell, uncooked its very good for you, not as good in cooking as its fairly unstable and heating damages it.

if you're losing fat I can tell you right now that the key to fat loss is NOT trying to drop all fat from your diet.

Sunflower oil is bad, and so is vegtable oil which makes up 70% of most shop bought mayo iirc

Spring water is the best for tuna, but it's usually more expensive. In terms of low fat, brine is the way to go, just dont drink it because it's full of unnecessary salt.

I prefer it in spring water, but in olive oil is quite tasty as you can spread it on a bagel or in a wholemeal pitta quite nicely. Or panfry it or drop it into some couscous. Oil makes it a bit more versatile.

A certain green supermarket has john west in spring water. a lot less salty than brine and i would imagine less fat.

It does, and is still on offer, i just ordered £50 worth of tuna and £50 of their frozen chicken fillets. The delivery guy looked at me well funny.

I wonder why :p 10kg of chicken and nearly 60 cans of tuna would have most people looking at you funny
