Just run over a horse or something...

I will ring them tomorrow. Do you think this would remove entrails from under it? or is it just a shot of water..?

Otherwise, I am going to jack the car up and pressure washer it :(

Please do ring them up and ask!

"Hello, i'm just wondering if your carwash will be able to remove the entrails from underneath my car!"

Went back to get photos and saw a fox running away with the body! Blood everywhere for about 30 meters.

I wouldn't like to meet the fox who could carry a horse! :p

Also, I belive they are called Muntjac deer, not Monkjack.

Aren't you going to go back and see if you can finish of Thumper then? :D

Many years ago I remember coming back from Bristol on the M4 with my dad, it was dark and all of a sudden a huge smashing sound from the front of the car and then blood and feathers on the widnscreen. Pulled over onto the hard shoulder and had a look at the front of the car, there was a big hole where the grill of his MK1 Escort had been with the more blood and feathers, made a right royal mess.

I was driving my Golf to pick up my friend and had no choice but to drive over some roadkill on an NSL road.....it was huge and there was no way I could have braked in time.

Specsavers?:D

Travelling down the A15 towards Lincoln at christmas last year I passed a layby where there lay the mangled corpse of a kangaroo, I kid you not.

a kangaroo? Global Warming innit!

I can remember a couple of years back seeing a cow dead on the side of a motorway and a bit further along a damaged lorry, imagine if that was a car!

My OH went over a dead badger on the motorway in my Golf last week. Completely screwed the plastics underneath but thankfully there wasn't any remains that I could find. Still got to replace all the plastics but they are knackered on most of Golfs/Boras of its age anyway so they probably weren't in the best of shape :)

I have a pressure washer, but no ramps....just a jack...Would a car wash have facilities to get rid of the dead stuff, or any other easy way of getting rid of it.

:(

I love how after just doing this one of the first things you do is head to ocuk :D

You ran over a horse, and then a fox ran away with it's corpse?

This sounds like the beginnings of an alternative nursery rhyme.

Hey diddle diddle
The car and the middle (of the road)
The car ran over the horse
OCUK laughed to see such fun
And the fox ran away with the corpse.

OMG! I did exactly that years ago! It looked like a chicken or pheasant crossing the M4 Westbound through Wiltshire. Thought about swerving but as I was doing about 80mph was worried about losing control of the car so I kept straight and hit it dead on - feathers everywhere, front bumper cracked and splats of blood across the paint. Had to fork out for a new bumper in the end.

No horses though. Or deer for that matter.
